You don’t have to navigate this transition alone.
We support you through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.
Perimenopause
The transition leading up to menopause, when hormones begin to shift and symptoms begin to appear. Symptoms like cycle irregularity, sleep changes, mood shifts, brain fog, and hot flashes can begin. This phase can feel unpredictable, but it’s also an important time to better understand your body and begin supportive, individualized care.
Menopause
Defined as 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period. At this point, natural conception is no longer possible, and treatment can be individually tailored to support symptom relief, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Postmenopause
The stage after menopause, when hormone levels remain lower and more stable. While some symptoms may ease, others can continue or evolve over time. This is a powerful phase to focus on long-term health, prevention, and overall quality of life. Care during this stage can be both proactive and deeply supportive.
