How Care Works
Remote telehealth
care designed to fit into your life
All visits are remote through a secure telehealth platform.
This allows for continuity, flexibility, and care that adapts over time
Cost of Services
Initial Consultation (60 minutes) — $275
KaleidaCare operates on a transparent, fee-for-service model.
A comprehensive evaluation of your medical history, symptoms, and goals, with collaborative treatment planning.
During this visit, we establish your goals for care and take a comprehensive history to understand the full picture of your symptoms and identify patterns.
Follow-Up Visit (30 minutes) — $175
Care evolves over time, with ongoing assessment, lab review, medication adjustments, and thoughtful refinement of your plan. We typically anticipate about two follow-up visits per year, while remaining available to support you as your needs evolve.
Payment is due at the time of service.
KaleidaCare is a specialty practice and does not replace primary care. Patients are expected to maintain an established primary care provider. Laboratory testing, imaging, and prescription costs are billed separately by third-party providers.

The patient portal is intended for brief, non-urgent questions related to your care, such as clarification about treatment plans, or follow-up instructions. It is not a substitute for a scheduled visit, and new or complex concerns, including those raised by lab results, may require an appointment to ensure thoughtful evaluation.
Messages sent through the portal are reviewed during regular business hours and response time may vary.
The portal is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing urgent or emergent symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent concerns that cannot wait for a portal response, please seek appropriate medical care.
