Founder, Physician Assistant
Kaitlyn is a Physician Assistant with a clinical focus on perimenopause and menopause. Prior to founding KaleidaCare, she practiced in urogynecology, managing conditions such as pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, recurrent UTIs, prolapse, and other pelvic floor disorders.
She strives to create a space where conversations about pelvic health and intimacy feel safe, respected, and heard. These concerns are often personal and closely tied to identity, relationships, and overall well-being. Kaitlyn is attentive to both the physical and emotional dimensions of these experiences and believes they deserve thoughtful, direct conversation.
Her work emphasizes careful pattern recognition, individualized evaluation, and clear patient education to support informed, confident decision-making.
Dr. Rayburn, DO
Supervising Physician
Dr. Rayburn is a gynecologist with extensive experience in women’s health and midlife medicine. She provides medical oversight and collaborative consultation for KaleidaCare, supporting complex case review and long-term treatment planning.
She is known for her attentive, patient-centered approach and her commitment to care that is both evidence-based and deeply respectful of each woman’s experience. Her involvement ensures that KaleidaCare’s clinical model remains medically sound, steady, and grounded in physician-level expertise.
