Kaitlyn Crouch, PA-C

Founder, Physician Assistant

Kaitlyn is a Physician Assistant with a clinical focus on perimenopause, menopause, and women’s health. Prior to founding KaleidaCare, she practiced in urogynecology, caring for women with conditions such as pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, recurrent urinary tract infections, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor disorders.

She is also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and believes that movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection can complement medical care by supporting self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being.

Kaitlyn strives to create a space where women feel safe, respected, and heard. She recognizes that conversations about health are often deeply personal and believes that meaningful care begins with listening. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful evaluation, patient education, and shared decision-making, empowering women to better understand their bodies and make informed choices about their health.


Dr. Rayburn, DO

Supervising Physician

Dr. Rayburn is a gynecologist with extensive experience in women’s health and midlife medicine. She provides medical oversight and collaborative consultation for KaleidaCare, supporting complex case review and individualized treatment planning.

She is known for her attentive, patient-centered approach and her commitment to providing evidence-based care that respects each woman’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Her clinical expertise helps ensure that KaleidaCare’s approach remains thoughtful, medically sound, and grounded in current best practices.

Dr. Rayburn shares KaleidaCare’s belief that meaningful care begins with listening. Through ongoing collaboration, she helps support a model of care that combines individualized treatment, patient education, and shared decision-making, empowering women to make informed choices about their health with confidence.
